It is suitable for people with reduced mobility. The open-concept design seamlessly combines the living, dining, one-bedroom, and kitchen areas. You'll find a comfortable double bed, two TVs (one for the bed and another for the sofa), and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essential appliances for short stays, including an electric cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker. The first two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, while the third offers two cosy single beds. Each bed is thoughtfully prepared with premium-quality linens, ensuring the utmost comfort for a restful night's sleep. The two bathrooms are thoughtfully equipped with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Professionally cleaned for your comfort, the apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, offering easy access. Enjoy your stay!

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

Over het algemeen was het een zeer aangenaam verblijf voor ons. Het ligt vlakbij het stadscentrum, dat op loopafstand ligt. Het is ook gemakkelijk om naar de tram- of bushaltes in de buurt te lopen. H
