The living room is equipped with a sofa and an armchair, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax, socialise or watch television after a day of sightseeing. The spacious kitchen, with classic wooden cabinets, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, the kitchen features a fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, a capsule coffee machine and an additional dining table to help you throughout your day. The great highlight of this property is its fabulous outdoor space. The house has a balcony and a spacious terrace with stunning panoramic views of the ocean and the mountainside. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor table, so you can easily gather the family outdoors, relax in the sun and enjoy the fantastic natural light during the day. The three bedrooms are harmoniously decorated and equipped with comfortable double beds and practical wooden wardrobes to comfortably store your belongings. All bedrooms benefit from windows that ensure excellent natural light and a serene atmosphere. You will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 4 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Het huis is erg schoon en zorgvuldig ingericht. Het grote dakterras met uitzicht op zee is erg aangenaam. Het huis ligt onderaan een weg, maar die is niet erg druk. We hebben ons verblijf daar geweldi
