The sophisticated kitchen, with its contemporary design and immaculate white finish, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, it features a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a spacious fridge, among other appliances to make your daily life easier. It also has an elegant wooden dining table to bring the whole family together. Access to the balcony is conveniently through wide sliding glass doors from the living area, allowing natural light to flood the entire interior. This balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and offers a wonderful view of the sea on the horizon — the idyllic setting for breakfast or a relaxing drink at sunset. The two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated in serene tones with tasteful details. You will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Toto by bylo ideální místo, kdyby nebylo stavby, o které jsme při rezervaci nevěděli, a nepřipravené nové pračky. Ještě nebyla připravena pro hosty. Potřebovali jsme prát oblečení a předpokládali jsme
