Welcome! Tastefully decorated, this chic apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living space features a sofa, TV, a working desk and a dining table. The room also has oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious meals, such as an electric plate, an oven and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. Both bedrooms are delightfully furnished with a heavenly queen bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The two bathrooms contain all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. An air conditioner is available for your comfort. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
