This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for guests looking to stay in the city. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the subway station is just 300 meters away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 45 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift access, although it is necessary to climb stairs to reach it. Guests have access to private parking in the building. It is designed with open and modern living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries. A washing machine is added for extra comfort. The bedroom is stylishly decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Very nice and cosy flat, the only thing we didn't like was the time to take the car out and put it in the car park, as it's always busy, but otherwise everything is very good!
