The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Casa da Música), good restaurants and shops, and the Faria Guimarães station is just 4 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment (70 sqm build-up) is close to various top attractions in Travessa dos Campos, such as Livraria Lello and Jardins do Palácio de Cristal! The subway station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease. This apartment is designed with open living and kitchen areasfeaturing a large sofa and a spiral staircase that doubles as a hanging rack. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to cook a homecooked meal, including an oven. The apartment also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it. The two bedrooms feature a mix of double beds and couch beds, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The three bathrooms contain all the essentials you’ll need, such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Towels will also be provided for your convenience. The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
