Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation features a welcoming open-plan living and kitchen area. The elegant living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a beautiful round dining table and a TV, making it the perfect space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The large balcony windows allow wonderful natural light to fill the room throughout the day. The modern kitchen, perfectly integrated into the space, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it has a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven and hob to assist you in your daily life. The bedroom is cosy and maintains the harmony of the blue-toned décor. Providing a serene environment to recharge your energy, it is equipped with an inviting double bed and a practical open wardrobe-style coat rack to store your belongings in an organised way. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will be applied with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bags. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
