The property is located in the historic centre and close to various attractions, great restaurants and shops, and the metro station is just a short walk away, making it easy for guests to travel and explore the city!

Welcome! This practical and welcoming room is perfect for those looking to stay in the heart of Porto's historic centre. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this space has been optimised to ensure a functional and relaxing stay. The room is equipped with a double bed and television, creating the perfect environment to rest after a long day of sightseeing, and is filled with pleasant natural light. For your convenience, the room includes a small area to support light meals. Although it does not have a full kitchen, the space features a mini-fridge, microwave and electric kettle — practical and ideal for helping you prepare quick snacks before heading out to explore. The bathroom is fully equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. Access to the room is via stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the room (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
