Welcome to my home! Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer. This apartment can sleep up to 2 people comfortably. Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom is a little snug but is has all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

Note: Please be aware that the bathroom in this accommodation has peculiar features. There is no physical division between the shower area, the sink and the toilet. Additionally, it is important to note that the bathroom is small. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Clean and in a convenient location. Close to famous shopping street: Rua Santa Catarina. Bathroom is inside room with only glass to separate from room. Not a problem but definitely important to know!
