This bright and modern apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, with minimalist decor and plenty of natural light, creating the perfect setting for an enjoyable stay. Step into the open-plan living area, where a comfortable sofa, a sofa bed for two people and a flat-screen TV invite you to unwind after a day of exploring. The large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming environment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including an oven, a coffee maker, and all the essential cooking utensils. The adjoining dining area features a table, chairs, and a bench, providing a welcoming space to enjoy meals together while natural light flows in from the balcony. Both bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat, each featuring a comfortable double bed and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant night's sleep. The bright interiors and tasteful decor create a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for recharging after a busy day. There is a full bathroom with a refreshing shower upstairs, with fresh towels and essential toiletries provided for your convenience. The living floor also has a guest toilet (without a shower). The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment located on the 3rd floor. Please note, there is no elevator, so be prepared for a bit of exercise!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
