The Aliados metro station is just 6 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my studio! This delightful 45 m2 ground-floor property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. It is designed with open-plan classy living, sleeping and kitchen areas. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a cooking plate, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The sleeping area is modernly decorated and separated from the rest of the flat by a strip separator. It includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests can access the lovely balcony to enjoy fresh air and sunlight. The property is located in the city center, where ongoing construction in the surrounding area may cause some daytime noise. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
