Welcome to our home! Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer! The kitchenette is equipped, with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage. There is a living area with a sofa where you can relax after a day in the city. The bedroom comes with a comfy bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Enjoy your stay! Important note: The Elevator is out of order, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay. A cozy, warm, and comfortable place to stay. The apartment was clean and the location was excellent. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with the cookware, which made the stay even more convenien
