Charming one-bedroom duplex apartment, located on the 2nd floor in the heart of Périgueux's pedestrian zone. It offers a pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a mezzanine bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), bathed in soft light thanks to its stained-glass windows. A comfortable and characterful pied-à-terre, ideal for a couple's getaway, in close proximity to the city's historical sites and excellent restaurants.

Living area (lower level): A pleasant and functional space including a comfortable lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for short or medium-term stays. The duplex layout provides a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas.
Přístup
Access to the property is entirely self-service via a key box (building access badge and apartment keys). The apartment is located in the heart of the pedestrian zone in Périgueux and is therefore easily accessible by public transport. If you are arriving by car, Indigo parking garages are located a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Please note, however, that on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, market days, it may be more difficult to find a parking space.
