Discover this exceptional 65m² apartment with air conditioning located in the prestigious 17th arrondissement of Paris, in a sought-after neighborhood close to the Champs-Élysées. Designed to accommodate up to 8 people (ideally 4 to 5), this elegant and modern accommodation is perfect for a stay with friends or family to visit the capital.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this pleasant apartment, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests in a typically Parisian setting. Daily housekeeping is included, as well as a dedicated team available throughout your stay to assist you. The living area offers a welcoming lounge space with two double sofa beds, a dining table, and a television. It is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or to share a meal together. The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living room, is modern and fully equipped, allowing you to easily prepare your meals on site, whether for a relaxed breakfast. The sleeping area consists of two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable bed and a beautiful wooden wardrobe with ample storage space. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a television, and a wooden wardrobe as well, ensuring comfort and convenience for each guest. The apartment includes two modern bathrooms, each fitted with a shower. One of them also includes a toilet, providing excellent everyday comfort. A separate room with an additional toilet is also available. Housekeeping is provided every day between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., without linen replacement, only if the door hanger in your room is placed on the outside door handle before 4 p.m. Linen changes can be arranged on request, at an additional cost. Additional services can also be provided, such as taxi or breakfast reservations. The apartment is located in a secure building with an elevator and features air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided so you can travel light and feel at home from the moment you arrive. In the basement, to the right as you exit the elevator, there is a washing machine and dryer available for your use. Please use these between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. so as not to disturb the neighbors. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The living room faces the street and traffic can be heard there, which may bother light sleepers using the sofa beds. The bedrooms are quieter. * The apartment sleeps up to eight but is ideal for four to five. With eight, four guests sleep on the two double sofa beds in the living room, which opens onto the kitchen, and space becomes tight. * The second shower, with a washbasin, is located in the second bedroom rather than in a separate room. This matters for groups of friends sharing the apartment. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will stay in an air-conditioned 65 m² (700 sq ft) apartment in a building with a lift, a 2-minute walk from Pereire metro station (line 3).

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide. However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
