An 18-square-meter studio on the 3rd floor of a secure building without an elevator, featuring: - 1 Living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, coffee table, and smart TV - 1 Beautiful dining table with a chair - 1 Fully equipped open kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine) - 1 separate bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit - 1 separate toilet for maximum privacy Additional amenities: Wi-Fi and washing machine Cleaning fees include fresh sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is performed by a professional housekeeping staff member. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * At 18 m², this is a small one-room studio: once opened, the double sofa bed takes up most of the space and you have to climb over it to move around. It suits two guests for a short stay; for several days, the space becomes tight. * The apartment is not air-conditioned and has little ventilation: it can get hot in summer, especially during heatwaves. If you are sensitive to heat and travelling in midsummer, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.
