Spacious and designed to accommodate up to 12 guests in luxury comfort, it’s perfect for a memorable stay in Paris with family or friends. A 130-square-meter air-conditioned apartment on the first floor of a secure building without an elevator, featuring: - 1 Large, spacious living room with two comfortable double sofa beds, a coffee table, and a large smart TV - 1 Beautiful dining table with chairs - 1 fully equipped open kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle) - 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, TVs, and walk-in closets. One has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, and the other does not have a toilet. - 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, TVs, and custom-built closets - 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity - 1 separate toilet Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine. Please note: Two bedrooms have no windows.
