The studio gets very little natural light and the air does not circulate easily; it is not air-conditioned and can become hot and stuffy during heatwaves. If daylight or a cool room matters a lot to you, this is not the right place for you. * At 15 m² (161 sq ft), the studio is ideal for one person and suits two for short stays. The only bed is a double sofa bed: once opened, it takes up almost the whole room, leaving little space to move around or store large suitcases. * The studio is on the ground floor and its door opens onto the building's staircase. The door and walls let sound through: footsteps on the stairs and neighbours' voices can be heard, including at night. This may disturb light sleepers. * The studio is on Rue Saint-Denis, a very busy street in the evening, where sex workers are present in the street and sometimes in the building's common areas. Guests looking for a quiet residential setting in the evening will be more comfortable elsewhere. * The shower room is very small: the toilet is right next to the shower and the washbasin is tiny, so water can splash onto the floor and the toilet while showering. Getting ready for two takes a little organisation. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Sentier, Strasbourg-Saint-Denis and Arts et Métiers metro stations, in a practical studio with an equipped kitchen.
