Master bedroom: A cosy room with a double bed for a wonderful night's sleep. Second bedroom: An elegant room with a double bed and a desk for working in peace and quiet. Third bedroom: A bright room with a double bed and a beautiful TV to relax in after a day out. Bathroom: Two modern bathrooms with showers, welcome kits including shower gels and shampoos, and hairdryers. Toilet: 1 WC in one of the bathrooms and a second separate WC with washbasin for added convenience. Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, large-screen TV, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a secure building with elevator. 📌 Please note before booking: * The apartment is not air-conditioned: during heatwaves it can get hot inside, including at night. If you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will have 85 m² (915 sq ft) in a quiet setting in the 12th arrondissement, a 4-minute walk from Porte Dorée metro station (line 8) and close to the Bois de Vincennes, on the 2nd floor of a secure building with a lift, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
