Enjoy a pleasant stay in this superb, warm and welcoming apartment: Living room: A bright space with a double sofa bed, TV screen and dining table for relaxing moments after your Parisian days. Open kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms with comfortable double beds and quality linens for optimal rest after a day of exploring. Bathroom: Elegant and practical, with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. toilets: One toilet is located in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Fridge, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot, including at night: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep. * The building entrance is very narrow and the apartment is on the 1st floor with no lift: carrying luggage up takes some effort, and it is not suitable for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will stay in a quiet spot in the heart of the Marais, close to Rambuteau and Hôtel de Ville metro stations, with two double bedrooms, a renovated bathroom with a window and an equipped open kitchen.
