Enjoy a comfortable stay in this cosy studio, furnished with care to meet all your needs: Main room: A welcoming space with a double bed, double sofa bed, TV and dining table, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Open kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bathroom: Practical and functional, with shower, gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet: The toilet is located in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi access included, air conditioning, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * Sound insulation in the studio is limited. Footsteps from the apartment above and noise from the hallway can be heard inside, including in the evening. Light sleepers may be bothered by it. * The studio is on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator, located in a passage lined with shops and offices. To get there, you need to go through two gates that open with a badge, then cross the passage to the building: finding the entrance can take a little time on your first arrival, especially at night, which can be inconvenient with luggage or when arriving late. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the Sentier district, a few minutes' walk from Sentier and Réaumur-Sébastopol metro stations, in an air-conditioned, well-equipped studio set in a passage that is quiet in the evening.
