Our lovely 29th floor studio is professionally cleaned and prepared for your stay! Conveniently located next to 2 metro stations (lines 5, 6 and 7).

Welcome to our home! Ideally located in the 13th arrondissement, right at the Place d'Italie metro station and only a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station, our flat is the perfect home for your mid to long-term stay in beautiful Paris! Our modern and clean studio flat features a sofa and dining table overlooking a panoramic and gorgeous view of the city. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a hotplate, microwave, and fridge. We also have a Italian Moka coffee maker, toaster, and kettle prepared for your use! The double bed (dimension 140 X 190cm) is prepared with fresh sheets and there is a wardrobe to keep your belongings. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower and clean towels. Feel free to use the ironing facilities, cleaning equipment, and washing machine in the home. NB : Possibility of a parking space on the premises (in the building) - On request (extra charge). We hope you enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
