Welcome to my home! This 57m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor. It has an entrance with a separate toilet, a large double-exposure living room with an open-plan luxury kitchen with an independent laundry, a dining area, and a living room, and then one bedroom with a shower. This apartment can sleep up to 2 people comfortably. Fitted with a comfortable sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day exploring the city. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Note: The apartment is inaccessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM). To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a €200 refundable security deposit or a €20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to €200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
