ClickYourFlat is delighted to offer this charming 26m² apartment with air conditioning in the living area, which can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally 2. Modern and minimalist, it offers a comfortable setting in the heart of the 3rd arrondissement. Its prime location allows you to walk to Paris's must-see sites such as Notre-Dame, the Louvre, the banks of the Seine, and the Pompidou Center.

From the moment you step inside, the apartment charms with its refined, contemporary atmosphere. Each space has been cleverly optimized to offer a place that is both aesthetic, functional, and pleasant to live in. The living room is a true relaxation space, designed to combine comfort and conviviality. You will find a comfortable double sofa bed and a television to extend your evenings in complete tranquility. The dining area, arranged around an elegant round wooden table with chairs and a bench, creates a warm setting for sharing dinner, enjoying breakfast, or simply spending time together. The open-plan kitchen blends harmoniously into the living room. Fully equipped (oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster), it allows you to live at your own pace, between home-cooked meals and impromptu coffee breaks. The sleeping area consists of an elegant bedroom with a comfortable double bed and quality bedding, in a refined atmosphere. The modern and functional bathroom includes a shower, a vanity unit, and toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, and hairdryer). The toilet is located in the bathroom. For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning in the living area, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are provided so you can travel light and settle in immediately. The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building without an elevator. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * At 26 m² (280 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two of them sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room, which also holds the open kitchen and dining area, and space becomes tight for families with teenagers or groups of four. * The street is busy and there is a restaurant at the foot of the building. Street noise can be heard inside and cooking smells can come in when the bedroom window is open, which can disturb light sleepers or guests sensitive to smells. * The air conditioning is in the living room, not in the bedroom. In summer the bedroom can get warm and stuffy, which can be uncomfortable for guests who are sensitive to heat. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the 3rd arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from Réaumur-Sébastopol, Sentier and Arts et Métiers metro stations, in a 26 m² (280 sq ft) apartment with a separate bedroom, a comfortable bed and sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

The entire accommodation is reserved for your use, so you can enjoy a stay in complete privacy and independence.
