Please note that roof renovation work is currently taking place on the neighboring building, which is connected to the property via the courtyard. As a result, there may be some visual disturbance, mainly around the living room and kitchen. The three bedrooms are not affected. The work is currently scheduled to continue until November, although this timeframe may change and could potentially be extended. We kindly ask you to take this information into consideration before booking, so that you can make your reservation with full knowledge of the current situation. ------------------------------------------- Welcome to my home! Bright and tastefully furnished, this apartment is close to many of Paris’ top attractions! Located in the first floor with light, the flat is designed with open living and dining areas, relax in this peaceful haven after spending a long day exploring the city. Please take note that the ceiling is around 2m high (usually, on average, the ceiling is around 2,20m high). The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, an oven and a toaster. All 3 bedrooms contain a queen bed and two single beds respectively. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Just for info, the bathroom entrance door is 1,80 high. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: Please note the apartment is not adapted for disabled people. To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a €200 refundable security deposit or a €20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to €200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only).
