It has wonderful energy, nice bright windows overlooking a quaint and quiet street lined with trees and nice restaurants and cafes. Only two blocks away from the lovely Square du Temple park and right in front of the Carreau du Temple where there are many activities and events happening all year round. It is conveniently located near Place de la République where you can find a large selection of shops, cafes, supermarkets and many metro lines, buses and taxis. Right across the street from the apartment you will also find a small convenience store open until late.

The apartment can sleep 2 guests.

The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and plenty of storage place for your belongings The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
