Welcome to my cozy 34 m² apartment on the ground floor in Lyon’s 7th arrondissement. It comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Just an 8-minute walk from the tramway, it's the perfect spot for a relaxing stay in Lyon.

Welcome! Settle into this charming 34 m² apartment, filled with light and thoughtfully decorated to combine elegance and comfort. The living room features a sofa that converts into a double bed, a TV, and a desk, perfect for working or unwinding. The dining area includes a table for four, ideal for sharing a meal after a day of exploring Lyon. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), made up with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, and mirror. Wi-Fi is provided to keep you connected throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed, and the apartment is professionally cleaned before each arrival. All you need to do is unpack and fully enjoy your stay in Lyon!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
