Welcome to my home! This beautifully decorated 57m² apartment is conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary options. A pay as you go gym is five minutes away. Please note that the apartment is spread over 3 floors with no elevator. The living room is a homely space with a comfortable, relaxing sofa, a large smart TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. The room is filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other necessary appliances. A washing machine is also available. The bedroom is a comfortable retreat with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a smart TV. Hotel-quality linens are provided for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is stocked with everything you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay. Enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
