The smoke-free property features a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and two balconies. ***DISCLAIMER: Scaffolding will be in place around the building from 19th May 2026 until the end of 2026. During this period, contractors may be working on or near the living room balcony at certain times, which may result in noise, reduced privacy and workers being visible from inside the property. The balcony will not be accessible while the works are ongoing*** Further information will be shared once your booking is confirmed, and our team will be happy to assist with any questions. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes all the cooking utensils that you could need when preparing a quick snack or your evening dinner. The bright bedrooms are equipped with two double size beds, with two ensuite bathrooms equipped with two free-standing showers. The apartment benefits from 2 entrances and 2 balconies (one on each floor), a separate WC for guests (4th floor), plenty of good storage space, and is decorated with mid-century style furnishings. The apartment has been recently refurbished throughout. The apartment is located in a fantastic neighbourhood with a plethora of taprooms, restaurants and bars available within a few mins walk, including the famous Bermondsey Street and Rope Walk Market. A £500 refundable security deposit (card pre-authorisation) or a £50 non-refundable damage waiver (covering up to £1,000 in accidental damage reported before check-out) may apply.
