Step into the hallway, where a practical coat rack and bench create a convenient entrance to the home. The hallway leads into the modern kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with essential appliances including an oven, microwave, and kettle. The dining table provides a comfortable space to enjoy meals together, while the wall-mounted TV adds entertainment for relaxed moments. The apartment features two peaceful bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, and lamps. One bedroom also includes a dresser and a cozy accent chair, creating an additional space to relax. Large windows fill both rooms with natural light, enhancing the bright and tranquil atmosphere. All beds come with quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom features a refreshing shower and all the essentials for your stay, with fresh towels provided for your convenience. A practical utility area includes a washing machine and coffee maker, making everyday routines effortless and ensuring you can enjoy a fresh coffee whenever you wish. Guests will have access to the entire apartment on the 1st floor. Please note, there is no elevator, so be prepared for a short flight of stairs.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
