Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 52 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. It is located on the 5th floor with lift access. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. There is also a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing while cooking. It includes essential cookware and cutlery for making delicious meals. A washing machine and a dishwasher are available. The private bedroom is modernly decorated, and it includes a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and storage spaces. The ensuite bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There is also a lovely balcony where guests can enjoy the sunlight and a bit of fresh air. The streets come alive and stay vibrant until late, so expect plenty of energy and excitement throughout the night! This is the perfect spot for those who want to be right in the heart of the action! Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Great place to stay, right above pink street, on the 5th floor though so it’s mostly insulated from the noise of the busy street below. Green street is about a 15minute walk up to road and timeout mar
