This lower-ground, one-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples and friends looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. LX Factory), good restaurants and shops, and the Pavilhão Desportivo Ajuda tram stop is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! The beautiful living room features a convertible sofa bed, a coffee table, and a TV for entertainment during your stay. There is also a large terrace, should you wish to chill, as we provide a seating area here! The kitchen has a stove, microwave, oven, toaster, fridge, and dishwasher, so you can easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. Cooking utensils and kitchenware are also provided! The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a bedside lamp, and ample storage space in the wardrobe and closet. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note before booking that this is a lower-ground-floor apartment located below street level. As a result, the space receives less natural daylight and may feel darker than a typical upper-floor apartment. The private terrace is situated close to neighbouring residences, so privacy is limited. Guests should also expect some surrounding noise, including aircraft overhead and sounds of residents entering and exiting the building. This apartment may be less suitable for light sleepers or guests who are particularly sensitive to noise or prefer brighter spaces. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
