Great location for this 60m² duplex flat, overlooking the Grand Place and the Opera, less than 10 minutes' walk from Lille Flandres station. Renovated in Mars 2026. Close to the MEERT tea room, in the heart of the shopping streets, restaurants and cinema !

The flat is located on the fourth floor of a beautiful old building, typical of Lille, and you will have access to the entire dwelling. It is a duplex, with a bedroom and a living room with a fitted kitchen, a double bed (140x200) on the first floor and a bathroom in the next room. The sofa is comfortable enough for a third person to sleep on (it is not convertible). The creaking floor, inseparable from our city’s historic architecture. Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV Ideal for couples, solo or trio and business travellers. The flat is comfortable and well-kept. You'll love its unusual atmosphere! Please note that the staircase leading up to the flat is typical of our pretty buildings in Lille: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility problems take this into consideration before booking.
