A charming apartment on the 4th floor of a historic building on Rue Sainte Catherine, right in the heart of Old Lille. Facing the courtyard and completely quiet, you’ll enjoy an exceptional location without the noise of the city center: shops, cafés, and restaurants are right nearby, the Grand Place is a 5-minute walk away, the citadel is 10 minutes away, and the train stations are 15 minutes away.
Prostor
The apartment overlooks a backyard, ensuring you peaceful nights right in the heart of the city. It features a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x200 double bed, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment is maintained by a professional cleaning service, which also handles laundry for all household linens. Everything is provided: high-quality bed linens, towels, bath mats, and dish towels. When you arrive, everything will be ready. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and everything you need to prepare your lunches and dinners. For your entertainment, the TV is equipped with Molotov TV, offering all live channels and unlimited on-demand replays. Scaffolding is currently set up on one of the building’s facades. However, there is no construction work taking place: no construction, no noise, and no disturbances during your stay. The apartment faces entirely onto the back courtyard, so it is not affected by the scaffolding, you’ll still enjoy the full view, natural light, and tranquility of the apartment.

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present. Rihour metro station is a 10-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station is a 15-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 20-minute walk away, Voltaire bus station is a 4-minute walk away V'Lille station 2 minutes' walk away (Rue Royale station).
