Our apartment is in a traditional Lille building. As it is an older construction, sound insulation is limited, and you may sometimes hear the sounds of daily life from the building and surroundings. The apartment comprises a living room with fully-equipped open kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed in the quiet rear, a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. During your stay, as this accommodation is part of a building with several rented apartments, we kindly ask you to respect the quiet and cleanliness of the common areas in order to ensure everyone’s comfort and the quality of each guest’s stay. Please note that the stairs to the apartment and the mezzanine bed are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
