The main villa is composed of 3 bedrooms and a cabin with 4 bedrooms, you have at your disposal 1 shower, 1 washbasin and a separate toilet in 3 of the bedrooms.

The main house offers a large, bright living room, including a fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cellar, Tassimo and filter coffee machines, and toaster. A spacious dining room can accommodate up to 14 guests, complemented by an indoor bar and a large lounge with widescreen TV and pellet stove for your cocooning evenings. There's also a private wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi, accessible directly from the lounge, for a moment of absolute relaxation. The Cabanon and bedrooms The outbuilding, renovated in october 2024 for better ventilation, houses 4 comfortable bedrooms. The swimming pool (unheated), secured by an alarm, is open from May to September. Private parking for 8 cars. Please note: the villa is close to a road, a slight inconvenience may be caused. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, please maintain a reasonable noise level. We don't allow parties because, although the house is very quiet and out of sight, it is located on a housing estate. We don't allow parties at all. Included in the housekeeping fee is: Linen & this will include: sheet, duvet cover, pillow case, small & large towel, shower mat & tea towel (hotel linen) During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or open and close the pool cover. Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open. It is open from May to September.
