This stunning building has been an iconic feature of Hastings and St Leonards since Victorian times, located just moments from the seafront and Grosvenor gardens making this an ideal short break holiday home. Take the whole family on a lovely coastal trip as this apartment sleeps 10 people!

Experience luxury living in this stunning apartment featuring a grand living room with polished hardwood flooring, a 50" smart TV, luxury furnishings and floor to ceiling windows that flood the property with natural light and give access to the balcony and garden. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, is perfect for family nights in, while the downstairs toilet adds convenience to the ground floor. Move to the first floor and find a family bathroom with a separate shower, as well as a large double bedroom and a grand master bedroom with a king-size four-poster bed. On the second floor, another bathroom sits on the landing along with a large double bedroom and grand master bedroom with an ensuite and king-size four-poster bed. Enjoy breath-taking views of Grosvenor Gardens and the beach from multiple angles on the second floor. The basement has a modern fitted kitchen with original Victorian tiled floor is fully equipped to cook up a storm and even has a Nespresso coffee machine and a washing machine. The opulent second bedroom is flooded with light from the French doors and double window, featuring a large flat screen smart TV, and access to a Southeast facing courtyard garden. The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and the contemporary shower room is perfect for starting your day off right before exploring East Sussex.
