As soon as you step inside, you'll find yourself in a large, bright living-dining room that boasts double height ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and French doors which lead to a full width south facing balcony. Perfect for enjoying evening drinks or a meal al fresco. There are two sleek contemporary bathrooms with stylish partial tiles and pedestal hand basins. In the fully equipped modern kitchen, you'll find a dishwasher, microwave and a full range of cutlery and crockery. The apartment also features two spacious double bedrooms, both fitted with wardrobes for your storage needs. Don't miss out on the opportunity to call this place your own! The property is located on Hastings seafront, there is a public underground car park located just in front of the property which costs approximately £10.00 for 24hrs. Please be aware the car park we suggest is locked between 23:00 and 07:00, and has a height restriction of 2.2 metres. There is 1 set of stairs to get the the apartment. PLEASE BE AWARE FROM THE 20TH APRIL 2026, THERE WILL BE SCAFFOLDING IN PLACE AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING FOR APPROXIMATELY 6 WEEKS.

Everything about the accomodations is great. Parking ok in underground carpark but only allowed 24 hours. Street parking expensive.
