This spacious and welcoming home offers a comfortable setting for families and groups, with thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, modern amenities, and inviting spaces to relax and spend quality time together. On the main level, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ideal for guests who prefer to stay on the ground floor. The adjacent bathroom features modern fixtures and a refreshing shower, ensuring convenience and comfort throughout your stay. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for everyone. Two bedrooms feature single beds, making them ideal for children or friends, while the other two offer comfortable double beds for a restful night's sleep. Large windows fill the rooms with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a dishwasher and quality cooking utensils. The dining table provides a welcoming space to gather for shared meals, family breakfasts, or relaxed dinners together. Step outside to the patio, where you can enjoy alfresco dining or simply unwind in the peaceful surroundings. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a meal outdoors and make the most of your stay. ⚠️ Important information: The lift is temporarily out of service. You will need to take the stairs to the 2nd floor. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
