Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 60 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 7th floor and has a lift access. The space is filled with vibrant, coastal-inspired décor, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the colours and energy of the sea. The cozy sitting area is perfect for unwinding and enjoying a movie after a day of exploring the city, while the charming dining table offers a lovely spot to share meals and make memories. The kitchen is designed for both cooking and socializing, fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, and a dishwasher for added convenience. A washing machine is also available for your ease. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample storage, ensuring a restful stay. The bathroom offers all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, for a refreshing experience. Step out onto the balcony to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. Guests can also relax in the building's shared swimming pool. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
