🚗 Property Access & Parking 📍 Address: 6 Station Road, St Newlyn East, Newquay, Cornwall, TR8 5ND 🚗 Parking: Free on-street parking is available right outside the cottage—no permit needed! Guests will enjoy full and private access to the entire cottage and all its amenities for a completely private and stress-free stay. Private entrance with self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure key lockbox for your convenience, allowing for flexible arrival times. You will have exclusive use of all indoor spaces: the living room, conservatory, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. You will also have exclusive use of the private outdoor patio.

Family-Friendly: We are happy to welcome families. A high chair, a travel cot, and a selection of children's books are available for your use. Loft Bed: Please be aware that one of the sleeping areas is a snug loft bed, which is accessed by a ladder and may be best suited for more agile guests. We've tried our best to make this cottage a special retreat. We trust our guests to treat the property with the same care and respect as they would their own home. We hope you love it as much as we do! Security deposit authorisation For reservations made through a third-party booking platform, a refundable security-deposit authorisation may be required where permitted by that platform and disclosed as part of your booking. This is a temporary card authorisation, not an upfront charge. No funds are taken unless there is a valid claim following damage or a serious breach of the house rules; otherwise, the authorisation is released. If your reservation requires it, you will receive a secure automated request from Tinners Stays before arrival. It must be completed before self check-in details can be released. Minimum stays are usually 2–3 nights. Occasionally, where a single night remains available between bookings, we may be able to accept a one-night stay by arrangement. Please send us an enquiry before booking and we’ll be happy to check availability.
