Welcome to my apartment! This 2-bedroom apartment in Dublin is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for spacious and welcoming accommodation. The open layout of the apartment creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for spending quality time together. The property is located on the ground floor. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The two bedrooms have a UK king-sized bed each, with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
