Situated on the 10th floor and accessible by lift, the property offers comfort and convenience in equal measure. The open-concept design integrates the living, sleeping, and kitchen areas to create a bright and functional space. Unwind on the comfortable king-size bed, dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens. Enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV, or step out onto the private balcony to relax and take in the fresh air. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all essential cookware and utensils, including a stove, microwave, and coffee machine, making meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom is well-stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
