The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. The view is beautiful. The location is excellent. The flat is spacious and well equipped. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. An added bonus was the drone show, which can be seen daily
