Modern and tastefully decorated, this apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living space features a comfortable seating area (including a sofa bed), a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for four. There's also a furnished balcony, should you want to lounge and enjoy the fresh air! The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. And the bathrooms have all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The home is always professionally cleaned for your safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
