This beautiful studio apartment is perfect for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience. While offering scenic views of the Dubai Canal, this unit includes a living area with a luxurious king bed and a single sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. Relax on the plush sofa bed while watching your favorite shows on the wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. Equipped with one bathroom, it contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Rest assured, the studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
