The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub for a relaxing moment, perfect before bedtime. 🛋️ Enjoy a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and plenty of seating. 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and pull-out table, perfect for your meals. 📍 Privileged location: Located in Chartres' Basse-Ville, you are in a quiet location while remaining close to the city centre and its shops. Just a 5-minute walk from the pedestrianised city centre and 10 minutes from Chartres Cathedral. The banks of the River Eure are within easy walking distance. ✔️ Linen provided (sheets and towels). 🔑 Autonomous arrival and departure with a welcome lock at the entrance to get rid of your belongings before accessing the living areas. 🅿️ Easy parking thanks to the included car park. ⚠️ The accommodation is non-smoking 🚭 and pets 🐾 are not allowed. 🌳 Nearby: Find all the amenities you need just a few minutes' walk away.

🔑 Autonomous access: Arrival and departure are entirely autonomous thanks to a digicode and secure key box located at the entrance. This allows you to arrive at a time that suits you, with no time constraints.

- Included parking: the garage entrance has a 1.90 m (6 ft 3 in) height restriction. Please check your vehicle's height before arriving (SUVs with a roof box, vans, utility vehicles...). On-street parking is available nearby if your vehicle exceeds this height. - Check-in / Check-out: Arrival and departure times are flexible thanks to the independent access, but we ask you to respect the check-out times (before 11am) to ensure that the housework is properly organised. - Peace and quiet: Although the accommodation is located in a quiet street, we ask you to respect the neighbourhood by avoiding noise pollution, particularly in the evening. - Non-smoking accommodation: Out of respect for all our guests, we would remind you that the accommodation is strictly non-smoking. - Bed linen and towels are included and our accommodation has a Nespresso coffee machine. Coffee pods are provided for your arrival.
