The property is close to various attractions like Aqualandia and Terra Natura, good restaurants and shops, and the Benidorm Bus Station is just 10 minutes walk away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my studio! Tastefully decorated, this lovely 30m2 studio is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. Relax in the living room, which features a comfortable sofa bed and double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Multiple windows let in natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting. The views over the mountains and the sea are amazing. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an electric hob, an oven, and a coffee machine, to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Guests will have access to the entire home and the shared swimming Pool (open on July and August). Please note that the swiming pool is across the street and not inside the building. The air conditioning system has a timer with a maximum duration of 2 hours. After this time, it will need to be reset in order to continue operating. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation till 21.00. POOL IS SEASONAL, ONLY AVAILABLE FROM JULY TO AUGUST. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

I came for Benidorm half marathon, my 3rd year in a row & this studio was perfect, very quiet & bed was very comfy, everything I needed was in the studio & kitchen with fridge, my host was very helpfu
