Welcome to my studio! This lovely 30m² home boasts tasteful decor and a prime location near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary delights. The open-concept design seamlessly combines living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. You'll find a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a sofa, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a high table perfect for sharing meals. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob and a coffee machine, so that you can prepare delicious meals with ease. Multiple windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Professionally cleaned for your comfort, the studio is located on the 1st floor of the building, which features an elevator for easy access. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before entering the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Brilliant clean modern apartment with all the amenities in great location with excellent team communication. Short 3 night stay which was a perfect way to wind down after doing our Lisbon to Santiago
