This 30 sqm studio comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests. It features a separate sleeping area, divided by a partition (no door), equipped with a queen-size bed and a television. The main living area is centered around a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining space, ideal for enjoying breakfast with a view or sharing dinner after a day in the city. The bathroom includes a shower and a toilet. Located on the 5th floor with no elevator, the apartment offers—after a few stairs—a rare reward: an open and exceptional view in one of Ajaccio’s most sought-after neighborhoods ✨.

Check-in is self-service, simple and flexible, with arrival possible between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM and departure before 10:00 AM (flexibility may be available depending on the reservation). Parking is available at the underground Diamant Square car park or at the Tino Rossi port car park, both located just a short walk from the apartment.
