Welcome to your London retreat at this delightful home. Perfect for six, it features two double bedrooms, a king bedroom, two bathrooms, a tastefully furnished kitchen, and a homely living area. Highlights include a charming attic room and a sunny backyard. Enjoy the perfect blend of traditional and lovely decor that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Step into the welcoming living room, where a classic Chesterfield sofa invites you to relax by the large window, letting in abundant natural light. Enjoy your favourite shows on the TV while surrounded by tasteful decor and a plush area rug. The modern kitchen, with its U-shaped design, offers ample counter space and is equipped with a gas stove, oven, and essential appliances such as a toaster and kettle, making it perfect for preparing delicious meals. The bedrooms provide comfortable retreats, with one featuring a bright, airy atmosphere and the other offering a unique attic-style charm with skylights. Both are equipped with cozy beds and convenient storage. The two bathrooms offer a choice of a relaxing soak in the bathtub or a refreshing shower. Outside, the small patio area provides a private outdoor space to unwind, perhaps with a morning coffee or an evening barbecue.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke odour, ash, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of £300. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
